METHOD FOR PREVENTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATHEROSCLEROSIS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2290907 C1

FIELD: medicine, curative physical culture, cardiology, neurology, sport and reconstructive medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out trainings at creating hypoxia of loading. Moreover, these trainings should be carried out in the second half of the day by records, in 1.5 h after meals, not earlier, at periodicity of trainings being thrice weekly, not rarely, at total period for training during 1 seance to be about 35-45 min, the interval between trainings - 48 h, for 8 wk, moreover, hypoxia of loadings should be created with the help of the following stages of conducting velotrainings - at preparatory stage, one should gradually increase the power of loading up to HR being 150/min, then, during the main stage, it is important to continue the training process under conditions of HR monitoring, AP control every 3 min, then, at the stage of reconstruction it is necessary to decrease loading by 25 W for every next 3 min, also, under HR and AP control at the end of each 3 min and training should be finished at achieving HR of 100/min. If necessary, trainings could be continued even under conditions of decreased loading intensity, or continue trainings in previous mode after 1-mo-long interval. The innovation is simplified, and decreases the frequency of atherosclerosis development cases.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
