METHOD OF SELECTING PATIENTS FOR DIFFERENTIATED APPLICATION OF REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE AFTER ENDOVASCULAR INTERVENTION AT OUTPATIENT POLYCLINIC STAGE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B10/00

Abstract RU 2485895 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) after endovascular intervention (EVI) at outpatient polyclinic stage. Patients with eliminated hermodynamically essential stenoses of coronary arteries who do not have criteria of high risk of recurrent coronary events, and whose movement activity (MA) is very high, high or moderate, are subjected to uncontrolled physical trainings (PT) in home conditions. Patients, who underwent urgent EVI caused by large-focal myocardial infarction (Q-MI), have acute coronary syndrome, chronic form of IHD in case if 2 of 3 suggested conditions: incomplete revascularisation of myocardium in case of multi-vascular affection, including hemodynamically inessential stenoses of coronary arteries, present high risk of recurrent coronary events and present low or very low MA level, are given doctor-controlled PT for 1.5 months, with further transfer to uncontrolled PT. patient's MA is determined by with application of MAQ23+ questionnaire. MA is determined as very high, high, moderate, low, very low by the sum of questionnaire points. Controlled PT and uncontrolled PT are carried out not fewer than 3 times per week, within 60 min, for 2 weeks with 50% loading, then 60% loading of individual threshold loading. Planned repeated MAQ23+ tests and tests with PT are carried out after 6 and 12 months from EVI time.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to organise rehabilitation of IHD patients after EVI on coronary arteries in outpatient polyclinic conditions in optimal and structured manner.
