FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device has standard syringe graded with 0.01 ml ticks, guiding canal having injection needle having internal diameter equal to 0.5 mm and elongated injection needle having internal diameter equal to 0.4 mm with restricting union members manufactured from injection needle. The union members are fittable on the elongated injection needle, vary in length from 2.0 to 6.0 mm and have internal diameter equal to 0.5 mm. The solutions under study are introduced into hypothalamohypophysial region of rats with transfaryngeal injection from pierce point positioned at intersection of median line and line connecting mandibular angles. Injection depth and direction are selected depending on action point setereotactic coordinates.

EFFECT: excluded tissue injuries risk; accelerated procedure execution.
