FIELD: environmental protection; methods of purification of the water runoffs, soils and the bulk materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the purification with the help of chlorine-containing oxidants of the water runoffs, soils and the bulk materials polluted with the toxic substances and micro-organisms. The method of purification of the water runoffs, soils and the bulk materials provides, that the neutralization of the toxic substance is conducted by making its contact first with the indissoluble calcium hypochlorite and then with the dissoluble sodium hypochlorite, the potassium hypochlorite, the lithium hypochlorite individually or in their mixture with addition of the dissoluble salts of the univalent or bivalent metals and the acids forming with the calcium ions of the slightly soluble compounds. At that the share of the indissoluble hypochlorite makes from 10 up to 80 % of the total mass of the oxidants, and the dissoluble salts and the acids are added in the amount of 03...10 % from the mass of the chlorine-containing oxidants. The technical result of the invention is the increased degree of the purification of the objects from the toxic substances, decrease of the consumption of the reactants and the purification duration, the improved safety of the detoxication operations.
