FIELD: chemical technologies.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant for removal of sulfur from hydrocarbon-containing flow of fluid medium contains reactor with fluidized layer which includes row of contact-increasing members spaced in vertical and arranged horizontally in reaction zone where desulfurization is increased owing to better contact between hydrocarbon-containing flow of fluid medium and hard particles absorbing sulfur. According to invention desulfurization on proposed plant is carried out in four steps: contacting of hydrocarbon containing flow of fluid medium with solid finely dispersed particles of sorbent; contacting of at least part of hydrocarbon containing flow and particles of sorbent with number of deflectors; contacting pf particles of sorbent filled with sulfur with oxygen-containing regenerating flow; contacting of regenerated particles of sorbent with hydrogen-containing reducing flow. Step of contacting of said reduced particles of sorbent with hydrocarbon-containing flow of liquid medium in reactor housing is included additionally.
EFFECT: provision of desulfurization owing to improved contact of hydrocarbon-containing flow of fluid medium and regenerated solid particles of sorbent.
