FIELD: producing construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: bloater comprises vertical tank whose cross-section varies with height, system for recirculating air through the tank, means for heating recirculating air, filter, and charging and discharging branch pipes. The top cross-section of the tank provides the velocity of the rising air flow to be less than the velocity of suspended bloated granules, and the tank is provided with a driven multi-rotor multi-rod agitator arranged throughout the height of the working part of the tank.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
