FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of organic fertilizer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing manure and bird dung with organic carbon carrier; charging mixture into aeration reactor with air induced from bottom; discharging ready compost. Components are mixed on concreted platform by means of self-propelled mixer and simultaneously mixture is laid in piles, followed by holding of mixture in piles during 3-5 days. Thereafter mixture is moved into pit of inclined conveyor used for charging of mixture into aeration reactor. Air induced from reactor bottom is discharged in upper part thereof and directed for circulation along closed contour where it is enriched in ozone-oxygen mixture to oxygen concentration of 25-30%. Ozone-oxygen mixture is preliminarily exposed to aeration ionization.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing line-flow and year-round process for producing of compost, and improved ecology control.
