FIELD: magnetic biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for assay of effect of weak electromagnetic field using marine luminous microorganisms as a biosensor. Method involves assay of effect of electromagnetic radiation using bioluminescence of microorganisms in effect by electromagnetic radiation with frequency 42 GHz on biological object wherein microorganism of species Photobacterium leognathi, strain 54, is used as a test-system that change the luminosity feature in increasing the irradiation exposition time. Invention provides the economic method for assay of effect of electromagnetic radiation at fixed frequency using luminous microorganisms and high sensitivity and simplicity in carrying out the proposed procedure. Invention can be used in medicine and ecology.
