FIELD: preparation of ores and concentrates for further processing; lumping of iron ore materials and fluorspar; ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy; chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: charge containing lumped material, carbon-containing component, flux and finely-dispersed fluorine- and carbon-containing wastes of aluminum process are mixed, molded and are subjected to heat treatment. Finely-dispersed fluorine- and carbon-containing wastes of aluminum process are introduced into charge in form of floatation tailings of carbon foam in the amount of 0.3-2.5 mass-%.
EFFECT: extended range of raw materials due to use of aluminum process wastes partially replacing fuel and flux.
