FIELD: domestic cooking equipment.

SUBSTANCE: cooking furnace has oven in rear wall of which thermometer with optical device is mounted. On glass door of oven temperature scale is applied with additional information about temperature modes of different product cooling. Said scale is illuminated directly or with use of system of mirrors and (or) light guides. Heat sensing member of thermometer is subjected to action temperature and light beam emitted by means of thermometer project from inside oven as light spot onto temperature scale and it moves along scale showing real temperature inside oven. Mounted in glass door system of mirrors and (or) light guides provides additional illumination of signs and pictograms by means of light spot.

EFFECT: improved reliability of temperature checking in oven at optimal mode of cooking different food products.
