FIELD: mining; other industries; methods and devices of the multi-row blasting of the borehole explosive charges.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the drilling-and-blasting operations and may be used in the various branches of industry applying the drilling-and-blasting operations in the mountain ranges of the rocks. The device for the durable closing the products of the detonation includes the cylinder with the axial cavity having the conical expansion at the both ends of the cylinder, in each of which there are no less than three slits. Inside the conical expansions there are two inserted conical plugs connected among themselves by traction fixed in the lower conical plug and freely passing through the axial channel of the upper conical plug. The cylinder is supplied with the lateral groove connecting the slits in the conical expansions of the axial cavity, and the lower conical plug is made in the form of the truncated cone with the internal cavity. The method of the multi-row blasting of the borehole explosive charges includes the wells-boring, their charging with the explosives, the stemming, wiring of the firing circuit and firing. The boreholes stemming is exercised by mounting the devices for the durable closing of the products of detonation and they are linked by the flexible linkage with the connection element arranged between the boreholes. The stemming of the boreholes of each step of slackening is connected to its own connecting element. Then exercise the mounting of the firing circuit and the firing of the charges. From the surface of the blown up rock massif remove the connection elements and together with them extract from the crushed rock the devices for the durable closing of the products of detonation for the following reusage. The connection components are made out of the motor car tires and the flexible linkages - from the metallic cable ropes. The invention allows increasing efficiency of explosive crushing of the rocks due to complete closing of the products of detonation in the charging cavity till the moment of the complete destruction of the surrounding rocks closed by the stemming of the multiple usage.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the explosive crushing of the rocks.
