FIELD: mining; other industries; firing methods of the blastholes charges.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the drilling and blasting operations in the strong rocks and may be used in the various branches of industry applying the drilling and blasting operations in the strong rock massif. The borehole stemming provides for installation of the mechanical device for the durable choking of the detonation products with the preliminary wedging out of the device in the borehole. The initiation impulse guide is put in the flute in the mechanical device and the flute is closed by the insert cover with the latch. Before the firing circuit mounting they insert in the flute the mounting loop with the flexible linkage, take the initiation impulse guide out and begin to mount the surface firing circuit. After the mounting termination connect each mechanical device by the flexible link with the connecting element arranged between the boreholes. At that the mechanical devices of the boreholes of each stage of the slowing-down are connected to the connection elements. After the explosion the connecting elements are taken away from the surface of the blown up block and together with them they extract from mined rock the mechanical devices used for the durable choking of the detonation products with the purpose of their reuse. The mechanical device used for the durable choking of the detonation products includes the cylinder with the axial cavity and the conical expansion. The conical expansions are made on the both ends of the cylinder and in each of them there are of no less than three longitudinal slits. In the lower conical expansion there is the inserted hollow cleat cone connected with the thick-wall pipe supplied on its top end with the nut. The thick-wall pipe is freely passing through the axial channel of the conical plug inserted into the upper conical expansion. The conical plug has the flute shut by the removable cover with the latch and the cover is supplied with the removable mounting loop with the flexible link. The removable cover has the flat surface along the diameter of the conical plug. The invention allows to reliably protect the blasting circuit of the blasthole charges from unauthorized usage prior to the beginning of the mounting of the surface firing circuit, improves the safety of the blasting operations. Besides the invention enables to lock the explosion products in the blasthole charges plane up to the whole destruction of the massif, i.e. the invention allows increasing efficiency of usage of the explosive energy for crashing the rocks.
EFFECT: the invention ensures: the reliable protection of the firing circuit of the blasthole charges from its unauthorized usage prior to the beginning of mounting of the surface firing circuit; the improved safety of the blasting operations; the increased efficiency of usage of the explosive energy for crashing the rocks.
