FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed clamp designed for anchoring conductors of overhead power transmission lines and fiber-optic cables of communication lines on supporting structures has two U-shaped strands 1 and 2, each incorporating two branches of coiled wires 3, 4, 5, 6 and attachment eye 7, 8. Strands 1, 2 are coiled on wire (cable) 14 in opposite directions (left- and right-hand coiling).Eye 8 is inserted in thimble 9 above eye 7 or in second thimble 10, both thimbles being either hinged through pin with nut 11 or rigidly fixed together; thimbles 9 and 10 are attached to line supporting structure by means of intermediate link 13. This clamp is characterized in that branches of its strands do not unwind at high tension on lines.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability, reduced cost and mass.
