SUBSTANCE: device contains source of signals, reactive quadripole, which is made in form of two reactive two-poles, semiconductor diode, low frequency control signal source, in parallel to which load is connected, while parameters of reactive elements are selected from condition for provision of required ratios of modules and phase differences at given number of frequencies in two states of semiconductor diodes, determined by two edge levels of control signal.
EFFECT: provision of required different amplitude alteration laws and phase of pass signal with limit characteristics at given quantity of stable frequencies while decreasing mass-dimensional characteristics.
