FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, methods for processing signals in positioning system.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, navigation signal is received, series of values of cophased and quadrature components of signal being received are received by transformation with frequency decrease and digitization of received signal, digitized values of cophased and quadrature of components of received signal are recorded into memory, value of correlation functions of cophased and quadrature components of aforementioned signal are computed with known pseudo-random series, search for temporary position of maximum of sum of squares of correlation functions of cophased and quadrature channels is performed, interpolation of correlation functions of cophased I(t) and quadrature Q(t) within limits of temporary analysis window is performed, which window includes position of aforementioned maximum, number of temporary position of multi-beam components of received signal are estimated on basis of received interpolated values of cophased an quadrature components, for estimation of pseudo-distance, value of temporary position of early multi-beam component is selected.
EFFECT: increased precision of estimate of delay of early multi-beam component of navigation signal under conditions of irresoluble multi-beam state.
