FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, working materials by cutting.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with seats. Bushings with working surfaces in the form of wire pile bundles are freely mounted in said seats. In order to enlarged manufacturing possibilities due to controlling depth of cut-off layer and micro-relief of worked inner surface, in said seats are arranged in addition bushings for preliminarily knurling worked surface and bushings for surface plastic deforming. Bushings are arranged according to rotation direction of blank in next succession: bushing for preliminarily knurling, bushing with pile bundle, bushing for surface plastic deforming. Tool body is in the form of mandrel having radial seats with rectangular cross section. Each seat has turning in inner surface. On outer surface of bushing whose shape is reciprocal to that of seat, shoulder is formed. Compression spring is arranged in turning of seat with pile bundles; said spring rests upon shoulder of bushing. In turning of seat of bushings for preliminarily knurling and for surface plastic deforming compression spring resting upon shoulder of bushing and ring are arranged. Said ring is arranged on periphery of mandrel and it has openings for working surfaces of bushings. Bottom of bushings is inclined by acute angle relative to plane normal to lengthwise axis of bushing and it engages with cone surface of wave-guide placed in central lengthwise opening of mandrel. Striker acts upon end of wave-guide. Said striker is arranged in central lengthwise opening of mandrel along axis of mandrel and it is driven from hydraulic pulse generator. Helical cylindrical compression spring acts upon opposite end of wave-guide. Radial extension of bushings is controlled by means of stop limiting lengthwise motion of wave-guide at side of said spring.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of tool.
