FIELD: aviation radio communications of decameter spectrum, possible use for packet digital radio communications with TDMA-TDD access (multi-access with time division) in telecommunication networks of decameter spectrum (in particular for GlobaLink/HF system), when natural broadband interference and technical narrowband interference is present.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, separate transmitting control channel is used for transferring bi-spectrally organized signals containing control information from base station, resulting in representation of primary signal (at physical level) in form of information structure of M elements, reflecting control message as a whole (bi-spectrally organized signal squitter) in form of two-dimensional image, elements of which represent 3 order spectrum counts of bi-spectrally organized signal.
EFFECT: individual transmitting control channel at base station and individual receiving control channel at client station allow improvement of guaranteed message delivery time, because within one frame up to 13 bi-spectrally organized signal squitters may be received.
