FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in the known method of allocation of time intervals in a temporary frame where network stations are authorised to transmit and accept the information, recording of user's stations then broadcast is authorised to the registered user's stations only on demand of the central station that allows to provide lack of collisions of transmissions of the registered user's stations is entered; besides, the central station carries out allocation change to the active user's stations without a disrupture of linkings, and also maintains the oozed allocation without dependence from activity of transmissions. Thus the central station carries out an error analysis in accepted packages of the information and the solution on the further transmission of the spoilt packages according to a degree of importance of the transmitted information passes.

EFFECT: unjammable and trusty establishment of linkings in system from several networks, granting to the subscriber of the guaranteed resource during the long-term time interval.
