FIELD: building industry; construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the construction engineering and in particular to the equipment for production of the reinforced concrete products and to the designs of the concrete placers with the vibrators - the vibroconcrete placers. The vibroconcrete placer according to the invention, contains: the hydraulic system; the receiving hopper mounted on the installed with the relocation capability special frame and having at least one outlet opening in the bottom; the blade operational tool, the control panel; at least one arranged below the corresponding outlet opening feeder, which has the operational tool made in the form of the feed screw, which is mounted in the enveloping it body, which has been made in the bottom with the opening in the form of the longitudinal slit overlapped from below in the operation position preferentially by the convertible driven tray and the set of the vibrators with the self-propelled drives. At that the vibrators are made floatable with the lengthened bodies connected by the cable with the power supply or with the drives by means of flexible shafts and are hanged on the flexible links on the transversal with the respect to the direction of the concrete mixture laying bar mounted below the feeder with displacement regarding it in the direction opposite to the direction of the concrete mixture laying with the capability of relocation of the vibrators in the concrete mixture subjected to the vibration compaction. The longitudinal arbors of the bodies of each of the vibrators are oriented mainly in the direction of the working motion of the vibroconcrete placer and are hanged on the bar with the interval B defined by the following dependence B = (l.9-21.3)d, where d is the-greatest dimension of the vibrator body cross-section. The technical result of the invention consists in improvement of the quality of the manufactured constructional structures due to the increased uniformity of the vibroconcrete mixture laying and elimination of its delamination at the simultaneous reduction of the power input, the increased operational reliability and the service life of the equipment of the vibroconcrete placer and also the decreased accident rate at operation due to elimination of the possibility of the jams of the feed screws of the vibroconcrete placer and the spontaneous opening of the tray of its feeder and provision of the smooth controlled motion of the vibroconcrete placer and the concrete mixture in the feed screws.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the manufactured constructional structures, reduction of the power input, the increased operational reliability and the service life of the equipment of the vibroconcrete placer, the decreased accident rate at operation, provision of the smooth controlled motion of the vibroconcrete placer and the concrete mixture laying by the feed screws.
