FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for production of reinforced concrete articles and to concrete placers with vibrators, i.e. to vibrating concrete placers. According to invention, proposed vibrating concrete placer includes power supply system, intake hopper mounted on spatial frame installed for displacement with at least one outlet aperture in bottom and bladed working member, control panel, at least one feeder installed lower than corresponding outlet aperture and provided with working member in form of auger enclosed in housing made in lower part with aperture in form of longitudinal slot overlapped from below in operating position by preferably hinged driven pan, and set of vibrators with self-contained drives. Vibrators are made floating, with extended housings, connected by cable with power supply source or with drives in form of flexible shafts and are suspended on flexible ties from rod, transverse relative to direction of concrete mix placing, installed lower than feeder with displacement relative to feeder in direction opposite to concrete mix placing, with possibility of displacement of vibrators in concrete mix subject to vibration compaction. Longitudinal axes of housings of each vibrator are orientated mainly in direction of operating displacement of concrete placer, being suspended from rod with pitch B found from B=(1.9 - 21.3)d where d is maximum size of cross section of vibrator housing. invention is aimed at improving quality of produced constructions owing to provision of uniform placing of concrete mix and prevention of its separation into layers at simultaneous reduction of power consumption, increase of service life and improved reliability of operation of vibrating concrete placer and prevention of emergency situations in operation owing to prevention of wedging of augers of vibrating concrete placer, spontaneous opening of feeder pan and provision of stepless controlled movement of vibrating concrete placer and augers.
EFFECT: improved quality of produced structures.
