FIELD: construction engineering; technological complexes for manufacture of pre-stressed building structures, including floor slabs; construction of residential, public and office buildings, as well as repair or modification of such buildings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed technological complex for manufacture of building structures includes at least one production line for manufacture of pre-stressed slabs of retained forms for erection of floors in precast-in-place framework of buildings and structures. Production line includes at least one vibrating concrete-placing machine, forms in form of tray with longitudinal sides locked on the tray in the working position, units for delivery, setting in designed position and tensioning of steel reinforcement with tensioning and relief station located at one end face of forms and anchor station located at other end face of forms. Longitudinal sides of forms are mounted at convergence of longitudinal axis of at least one of them with longitudinal axis of forms in plan by magnitude of (0.9-30)-5 m. Each side is beveled upward on internal surface at angle relative to vertical plane equal to 3-5° and chamfer-forming projection in lower part. Tray is mounted on discrete supports for adjustment of its height and locking the tray against longitudinal shift in central part avoiding sliding to both sides from central part in case of temperature deformation. Floor slab manufactured in proposed technological complex is independent subject of invention. Proposed complex may be used under any weather conditions in regions of rigorous climatic zones at low minus temperatures in winter. Proposed complex may be used for manufacture of articles of various standard sizes, long-cut articles inclusive.
EFFECT: low labor input; reduced usage of materials; enhanced reliability and improved quality of structures.
