PHENOLFORMALDEHYDE RESINS EXSICCATED BY SPUTTERING, THE METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C08G8/10 C08G14/12

Abstract RU 2292357 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; compositions and methods of production of phenolformaldehyde resins exsiccated by sputtering.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the compositions and methods of production of the phenol-formaldehyde resins exsiccated by sputtering. The invention presents the description of the method of production of the fast hardening powdery resin providing for: production of the liquid resol phenolformaldehyde resin, removal of the residual formaldehyde from the liquid resol phenolformaldehyde resin with usage of the absorbent of the phenolformaldehyde, intermixing of the phenolic accelerant of hardening with the liquid phenolformaldehyde resin after removal of the residual formaldehyde and exsiccation of the gained mixture by sputtering with formation of the powdery resin. He invention also describes the powdery resin gained by the indicated above method. Besides there is the description of the orientated fibrous board, the waferboard, the fast hardening non-woven fabric, the compound with the interlaced fibers, the compound for the shell form, the adhesive composition produced with usage of the powdery resin. The technical result is production of the composition of fast hardening exsiccated by sputtering resol resin with the necessary effective life during its storage at the temperature of the surrounding medium.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the composition of fast hardening exsiccated by sputtering resol resin with the necessary effective life during its storage at the temperature of the surrounding medium.
