FIELD: oil and gas industries, particularly fishing means, for instance adapted to remove tools from well in the case of strand rupture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises suspender and fishing unit connected with each other. The fishing unit is made as wing members with inner engagement extensions formed in lower ends thereof. The wings may perform limited movement in radial direction and are spring-loaded in axial direction to provide return thereof in initial position. The wing members are provided with grooves made in side edges thereof. The grooves form outer engaging extensions. Upper wing ends are hingedly connected with lower suspension part. Lower suspension part is made as rod with limiting means. Spring encloses the rod. One spring end cooperates with ends of upper wing member parts through support washer. Another spring end cooperates with limiting means. Support washer has annular extension enclosing upper parts of wing members from outer sides thereof.

EFFECT: increased tool engagement reliability and simplified structure.
