FIELD: the invention refers to the field of radiolocation and may be used at definition of trajectory parameters of moving objects.
SUBSTANCE: the achievable technical result is in reducing the sizes of strobes at the expense of reducing the interval of time between sequential reversals to the object at detection and tracking its trajectory with the aid of a surveillance radar station with a phase-displacement antenna having one-dimensional phase electronic scanning according to the angle of place, frequency sensitiveness of the azimuthal position of a beam and mechanical rotation by azimuth. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the checkup of the j-direction of the strobe is carried on the carrier frequency; Fj= F0±Δß/K, where f0 - the carrier frequency of the probing signal at checking up of the surveillance zone of the radar; Δßj(degree)- an angular displacement by azimuth of the j-direction of the strobe relatively to the position of the beam at emission of a probing signal on the carrier frequency F0,j=1,2 ,n, n- quantity of checked up directions along the azimuth in the strobe; K (9degree/Mgz)- value of frequency sensitiveness of the azimuthal position of the beam.
EFFECT: reduces sizes of strobes.
