FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for production of band out of amorphous magnetic soft material on base of iron. The procedure consists in fast cooling melt by spinning and annealing. Spinning is performed with two rollers, surfaces of which are parallel to each other with a gap; annealing of band is carried out in vacuum at temperature 340-420°C during 45-30 minutes; further, the band is heated to temperature 520-540°C, alternating magnetic field is switched on with frequency 50-60 kHz; the band is conditioned during 30-90 min and cooled to a room temperature in magnetic field at rate of 200°C/hour. Also intensity of alternating magnetic field is maintained equal to 10-20 multiple of increase of coercive force of alloy.
EFFECT: upgraded physic-mechanical properties of band resistant to operational effects.
