FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular to the emergency control devices of substations with voltage of 6–35 kV, and can be used for fast detection of damages in supply network of distribution device at the moment of their occurrence in order to implement high-speed switching of consumers to backup power supply. Differential signal is used to generate triggering condition, which is obtained as difference between next sampling of controlled signal and predicted value obtained from output of corresponding digital model, and in case preset value is exceeded and locking signals are absent, launching device starting signal is generated with simultaneous switching of bus section to backup power supply source.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of speed of response to occurrence of emergency mode in power supply circuits of critical consumers, which enables to determine emergency process at the next discretization step regardless of nature of damage and type of load.
