FIELD: radio engineering; various microelectronic analog-signal amplifying and converting devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier has differential stages 1, 3 with reference-current supplies 2, 4 in emitter circuit; common-mode inputs 5, 6 and 7, 8 of differential stages 1, 3 are interconnected and connected to respective inputs 5, 6 and 7, 8 of differential amplifier; inverting output 11 of first differential stage 1 is connected to input 12 of current mirror 13. Noninverting output 14 of second differential stage 3 is connected to amplifier stage input 15 over common-base circuit 16; amplifier stage output 17 is connected to differential-amplifier output 18 and to output 19 of current mirror 13 over common-base circuit 16.
EFFECT: enhanced attenuation constant of input common-mode signal.
