FIELD: manufacture of seamless tubes from titanium alloys and corrosion resistant steels.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing cold rolling of tube, with formerly used tube being employed as blank; thermally processing said tube; clarifying and straightening tube; subjecting to cold rolling with overall metal deformation of at least 30% in deformation zone, said thermal deformation of tubes from titanium alloys being carried out in vacuum at temperature of 710-750 C, accompanied by holding in furnace during 110-120 min and cooling to 20 C in conjunction with furnace. Tube manufactured from corrosion resistant steels is thermally processed in through furnaces at temperature of 1,020-1,100 C followed by holding during 15-20 min and cooling in air.

EFFECT: provision for producing from used tubes made from titanium alloys and corrosion resistant steels of commercial product satisfying respective standard requirements without necessity of remelting and hot conversion procedures.
