FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for manufacture of the multilayer pipes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the process of manufacture of the pipes made out of the thermoplastics. The method of manufacture of multilayer thermoplastic pipes includes manufacture of the tubular billet and deposition on it of the complementary reinforcing layers. Before deposition of the complementary reinforcing layer the surface of the tubular billet is heated up to the temperature of welding of the thermoplastic. After deposition of the layers of the thermoplastic the tubular billet is subjected to squeezing by pressure. The squeezing operation is conducted in the bosh, the pressure in which is kept at the level of 3 atmospheres using the compressed air flask. The installation for manufacture of the multilayer thermoplastic pipes contains the mounted in the process chain the unit of manufacture of the tubular billet, the unit of deposition of the complementary reinforcing layers, the drawing and cutting devices. The installation is supplied with the bosh for compression of the tubular billet under pressure. The bosh is mounted in the processor chain after the unit of deposition of the complementary layers. The inventions ensure the reliable connection of the deposited on each other layers of the thermoplastic.
