FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of long polymer pipes intended for transportation of oil, water, gas, chemical reagents. Multilayer polymer reinforced pipe is produced by extrusion moulding. Pipe includes metal frame - polymer matrix system. Metal frame is formed by welding longitudinal and transverse reinforcement at their mutual intersection. Moment of mutual intersection of carcass reinforcement is synchronized with moment of current pulse supply to welding roller electrodes. Proposed method comprises simultaneous feed of melt from extrusion head to melt cavity to produce polymer matrix (inner shell) and reinforcing metal frame to be fitted thereon. Prior to formation and installation of frame on polymer matrix melts of adhesive and polymer material are applied, which are supplied to moulding cavity of multilayer extrusion head in form of separate flows. Then in the extruding cavity of the angular extrusion head arranged on the extruder additionally installed after the welding machine, an external shell of the pipe is created by application of a layer of polymer material on the frame. At the same time clamping of welding electrodes to fittings at points of mutual crossing is provided with eccentric lever connected with roller electrodes. Device for implementation of the method includes an extruder with an extrusion head for supply of a polymer melt into the forming cavity of a polymer for moulding of a polymer matrix, a welding machine with a welding unit serving for production of a reinforcing metal frame. Behind welding machine there installed is additional extruder with angular extrusion head for application of polymer material on reinforcing frame of melt. In the welding unit the roller electrodes are equipped with a cooling system.

EFFECT: technical result is broader operational properties of the pipe and improved manufacturability thereof.
