FIELD: non-alcoholic industry.
SUBSTANCE: functional non-alcoholic drink contains water with initial hardness in the range of 0.5-3.0 mg-eq/l of calcium and magnesium salts, which is prepared by softening, purification from impurities, clarification and disinfection, as well as vitamins B3, B6, B7, B12, succinic acid, silicon and magnesium citrate. The specified components in measured quantities in the form of powders are introduced at room temperature with continuous mixing until a homogeneous solution is obtained. At the same time, concentrations of the above-mentioned added components in the resulting drink are, mg/l: vitamin B3 - 20-100; vitamin B6 - 1-10; vitamin B7 - 0.05-0.50; vitamin B12 - 0.002-0.02; succinic acid - 10-100; silicon - 25-250; magnesium citrate - 50-500.
