FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricant compositions and can be used to grease heavy-duty fraction units of various mechanisms, in particular kinetic and rolling frication units in textile industry, mechanical engineering, and other technical areas. Mineral oil-based lubricant contains triethanolamine (1.0-2.0%), antifriction and wear-resistant fillers, from which antifriction filler is polytetrafluoroethylene treated in glow discharge plasma (3-12%) and wear-resistant filler is naturally occurring serpentine powder (0.5-4.5). Plastic lubricant is characterized by wear intensity lowered by 3.5-7.5 times and coefficient of friction lowered by 1.2-5.5 times.
EFFECT: significantly reduced friction and wear resistance of friction units.
