SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sweet liqueur containing the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: cranberry alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 3480.0-3520.0 l; bilberry alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 29.0-31.0 l; cowberry alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 95-105 l; cognac with the strength value 40-42%, 45-55 l; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.0-66.0%, 1890.0-1900.0 l; alcoholized vegetable raw prepared from tricolor violet, medicinal sage flowers and leaves, medicinal sweet clover leaves and tips of flowering stems, common wormwood leaves and stem tips of I-st blend, 85.0-95.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification and purified water, the balance, to provide the strength of blend 20%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices based on conferring to product the novel taste and aroma comprising both fine cranberry taste and aroma and not inhibiting other components and aroma similar to freshly mowed hay. Also, the invention expand assortment of sweet liqueurs.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
