FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sweet liqueur containing the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: raspberry alcoholized juice, 3400-3600 l; bilberry alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 45-55 l; cognac with the strength value 40-42%, 95-105 l; natural honey, 45-50 kg; vanillin, 0.09-0.11 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8-66.0%, 1800.0-1850.0 l; citric acid, 3.0-3.2 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength of the blend 19.5-20.5%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices based on conferring the novel aroma similar with wild rose flowers aroma to product, complex freshness taste and appearance of red color. Also, the invention expands assortment of sweet liqueurs.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
