FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sweet liqueur containing components in the following ratio per 1000 dal of ready product: mountain-ash alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 2950.0-3050.0 l; tea alcoholized infusion of I-st and II-d blend, 49.0-51.0 l; cinnamon alcoholized infusion of I-st blend, 5.9-6.1 l; cognac with the strength value 40-42%, 190-210 l; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.0-66.0%, 1625-1675 l; color, 45-47 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance, to provide the strength of blend 24%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of sweet liqueur based on conferring the novel taste and aroma to the end product - almond aroma, pleasant bitter taste with sense of light astringent effect in after taste. Also, the invention expands assortment of sweet liqueurs.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
