FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings from 1350-1360 kg of fresh mountain cranberry. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion is prepared from vegetable raw material including mountain cranberry leaf, origanum, lime-tree blossom, lemon melissa and caraway, mixed with apple alcoholized juice and aged for 2-3 h. When blending, mountain cranberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 1/3 part of corrected water, ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification, 1/3 part of water are introduced in the above-mentioned mixture. Then added are vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol 1:10, 65.8-% sugar syrup, citric acid dissolved in water in ratio 1:5, and the rest of water is added up to preset volume and 20% strength. Blend is mixed for 3-5 min after introduction of each ingredient, and at the end of blending, for 15-20 min. Prepared blend is aged for 3-4 h and filtered. The ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of product: apple alcoholized juice, 190-210 l; mountain cranberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 2990-3010 l; aqueous-alcoholic infusion from vegetable raw material, 95-110 l; vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:10, 1.5-2.5 l; 65. -8% sugar syrup, 2090-2110 l; citric acid, 18-19 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and corrected water, the balance.
