FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using electrophoretic erythrocytes motility as endogenous intoxication marker. Electrophoretic erythrocytes motility index (IEPhM)is determined as ratio of mean time of electrophoretic erythrocytes motility of given patient to mean time of electrophoretic erythrocytes motility of in control (healthy patient) that is taken for 100%. The value of IEPhM<50%, purulent postoperative complications are predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
