SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prevent acute lung injury in the surgical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer complicated by an inflammatory process. 48 hours before the surgery, the patient is subjected to selective plasma exchange using a Plazmaflow plasma filter. The perfusion rate is 40 ml/min, the plasma extraction volume is 2,700–3,000 ml. Plasma substitution is performed with a crystalloid solution, albumin and fresh frozen plasma in a ratio of 1:1:1. Anticoagulant therapy is carried out with unfractionated heparin at a dose calculated according to APTT every hour in the arterial segment of the line to the filter column, the procedure time is 180–210 minutes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent acute lung injury during surgical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer complicated by an inflammatory process, which, in turn, improves the course of the perioperative period, reduces the risk of developing life-threatening complications in the early postoperative period, reduces the length of stay of patients in the ICU, and increases hospital survival.
