FIELD: electric automatics, teleautomatics, possible use for protecting relay contacts from arc discharges during closing and opening of direct current chain.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, IGBT transistor is included serially with relay contacts, working in key mode, between collector and emitter of which protective stabilitron is connected, while between valve and emitter and transistor, output of transistor driver is connected, providing control over transistor and galvanic decoupling. Winding of relay and input of transistor driver are connected to programmable microprocessor device, having discontinuous outputs, for example, programmable microcontroller.
EFFECT: increased reliability and increased lifetime of relay contacts.
