SUBSTANCE: method involves using triple estimation of speaker emotional and psychological properties and states from single video recording fragment by applying psychological scaling approach. The first stage involves giving estimation based only on listening to speaker voice with video image being switched-off. The second stage involves giving estimation based only on video image with the voice being switched-off. The third stage involves giving estimation based on speaker image and soundtrack. Correspondence coefficient of mean values audio and video estimates in scores given by experts at the first and the second stage of speaker study based on above emotional and psychological properties and states of the speaker. Sincerity-insincerity is estimated by calculating average estimates of all emotional and psychological properties and states of the speaker equivalent to notions of sincerity and insincerity.
