FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of psychology and psychophysiology and can be used in legal procedure, in personnel recruitment, conduct. Structured interview, which includes the following blocks of questions: neutral, control and verification type, is carried out, during answers, parametres of person's non-verbal behaviour are registered. After that, dynamics of non-verbal behaviour is studied with isolation of its informative parametres, grouped on the basis of factor analysis into group of vegetative responses, group of mimic responses, group of pantomimic responses, detection of characteristic for studied person tendency of changes on each parametre and/or group of parametres, by which conclusion about falsity/truth of reported information is made, by comparing response to verification block with response to questions of neutral and/or control block of questions. Possibility to additionally register parametres of person's non-verbal behaviour while answering several blocks of questions of neutral character and unit of questions of verification type, give in detail obtained information by comparing response to questions of verification block with response individually to each neutral block of questions of structured interview, characteristic tendencies in response are taken into account by separate parametres, either give in detail obtained information by comparing responses to verification blocks of questions with each other with separation of block of verification questions, which is characterised by the most expressed response.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy and objectivity of lie recognition, with possibility of solving the task by one expert in individual peculiarities of non-verbal behaviour during structured interview by dynamics of detecting tendency of responding by all parametres, detecting the most informative of them with further determination of falsity/truth of reported information.
