FIELD: communication technology; psychophysiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telecommunications, cognitive psychology and psychophysiology and can be used to determine the truth of verbal information circulating in infocommunication systems. Conduct a structured interview, including blocks of questions of neutral and control nature. When answering questions, parameters of non-verbal human behavior are recorded. Most informative parameters are distinguished using the following groups of reactions: 1) prosody: loudness, pitch of the voice, dysphonia, temporal features, peculiarities of pronouncing individual words and expressions; 2) extra linguistics: the latent period before the answer, hesitation pauses, forced breathing, emotional manifestations; 3) verbal signs: a slip of tongue, word leaks, interactions, nonsemantic units of speech; 4) features of speech articulation: stuttering, functional dyslalia, dysarthria. Conclusion is made about the truth of the transmitted information by comparing the reaction registered in the process of communicative interaction with the response to questions of a neutral and/or control block of questions registered during the structured interview process.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy of the assessment of the reported information reliability.
