FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of diseases and traumas of a hip joint. It is necessary to reconstruct articular capsule around endoprosthesis cervix due to binding the holders pre-applied upon the fragments of dissected capsule; the holders should be applied through pre-made foramens in greater trochanter; the capsule should be folded and sutured up towards greater trochanter at simultaneous rotation of the thigh externally till the moment of reconstructing the distance between the capsule and greater trochanter that prevents the development of hematoma, its suppuration and the development of ossificates.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
