FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to operative orthgopedics. Implantation of components of hip joint endoprosthesis is performed. Earlier dissected soft tissue structures of hip joint are sutured. Anterior and posterior parts of longitudinally dissected fascia lata of hip are sutured with one or several threads from absorbable material gripping tendon and muscle portion of lateral vastus muscle below greater trochanter. After suturing fascia lata of hip ends of threads, passed through tendon and muscle portion of lateral vastus muscle and anterior and posterior parts of fascia lata are tied above fascia lata of hip.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of development of early hip dislocations and recurrence of external rotary contracture of hip joint.
