FIELD: cleaning gases; filtration of gas flows from aerosol particles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed filter is provided with receiving electrode mounted along gas flow to be cleaned. Corona-forming electrodes connected with power supply source are insulated from receiving electrode and are mounted at spaced relation to it on side of gas flow to be cleaned. Receiving electrode is porous on side of corona-forming electrodes; its pores are open and their size does not exceed 0.1 mcm; they have vertical capillary channels whose cross section satisfies the following relationship: a>2*δ/(ρ*g*h), where a is effective radius of pores; h is height of receiving electrode; δ is coefficient of surface tension of condensate; ρ is density of condensate; g is free fall acceleration.
EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency; increased degree of separation of vapors being condensed.
