FIELD: back-washing filtering apparatus for thermoplastic polymer.
SUBSTANCE: filtering apparatus has casing wherein at least one feeding channel is formed for feeding of material to be filtered, and at least one discharge channel for filtered material. At least one carrier body having at least two netted nests is positioned for movement within casing between filtering position and at least one back-washing position corresponding to one netted nest. In filtering position, distributing spaces at side of feeding flow by netted nests are communicating with at least one feeding channel. Collector spaces at side of discharge of flow formed by netted nests are communicating with at least one discharge channel. In carrier body back-washing position, filtered material flows from collector space of netted nest through back-washing channel provided in carrier body into collector space of other netted nest to be filtered. With closed discharge channel of this other netted nest, filtering material together with contaminations of this other netted nest subjected to back-washing procedure is discharged through distributing space into back-washing exit channel. At least one control body corresponds to each netted nest, said control body being positioned for movement relative to carrier body within casing and adapted for sectioned back washing of this netted nest. Each of these control bodies defines discharge channel, which, when in back-washing position, is connected through one control opening with at least one discharge back-washing channel.
EFFECT: shortened washing path, improved sectioned back washing, and prolonged service life of apparatus.
