FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the modified filled emulsion rubbers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the emulsion rubbers, including the emulsion rubbers filled with the elastomers in the powdery form, and may be used in production of the synthetic rubber, and also at utilization of the carbon-containing wastes. The method of production of the modified filled emulsion rubbers provides for coagulation of the latex by the alkaline or alkaline-earth metals compounds at presence of the antiagglomerator and the antioxidant with the subsequent removal of the moisture, which differs, that before coagulation the non-acid latex or the mixture of the non-acid latex latexes with the Defoe rigidity indexes of the polymeric compound of 10.0 - 25.0 Н is /are introduced with the aqueous dispersion of the carbon-containing filler representing industrial carbon or the preliminary ground carbon wastes with the specific surface of 15 - 160 m²/g in amount from 3 up to 100 mass shares per 100 mass shares of the polymer and they are treated jointly at stirring by the ozone-air mixture till absorption of 0.75 - 1.25 mass % of the ozone with respect to the polymeric compound in the latex.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the emulsion rubbers, including the emulsion rubbers filled with the elastomers in the powdery form.
