FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing two tissue layers close with force applied, and letting electrical current of high frequency through the compressed tissue in two stages. Modulated low frequency pulsating voltage is supplied in growing intensity beginning from zero value at the first stage, and constant voltage at the second stage. Tissue impedance monitoring is carried out, its minimum value is determined and current relative tissue impedance value is calculated as ratio between measured impedance value and its minimum value. The first stage is concluded when the in the relative tissue impedance value is within the limits of 1 to 1.5. The second stage is started by reducing the first stage end voltage value by 0....30%. The voltage is modulated with frequency of 0....20 kHz.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
