FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce electrodes into antebrachial muscular tissue and supply the current at 2 mcA to achieve frequency dependence of impedance with the frequencies of 50 Hz - 200 kHz. Impedance values should be fixed in minimum. At frequency of 200 kHz and at the value of impedance ratio at frequency of 200 kHz against minimal value 3.5 + 0.7 it is possible to diagnose functional alterations in erythrocytic and vascular cell membranes. At the value being 2.1±0.2 one should diagnose earlier structural-functional alterations, at 1.5±0.3 - moderately manifested structural-functional alterations and at 1.0±0.1 - pronounced structural-functional alterations of erythrocytic and vascular cell membranes. The innovation enables to predict the above-mentioned structural-functional alterations for accurate detection of arterial hypertension severity degree.
