SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds possessing properties of emulsifiers of aqueous-bitumen emulsions, namely to tris-[(ammonio)methylcarbonyloxypoly-(2-methylethyleneoxy)]propane trichlorides of the general formula: wherein at X⁺ = Y⁺ = Z⁺ mean R¹R²R³N wherein R¹ = R² mean CH₃; R³ means benzyl; a + c + e = 49; at X⁺ = Y⁺ = Z⁺ mean R¹R²R³N wherein R¹ = R² mean CH₃; R³ means benzyl; a + c + e = 55; at X⁺ = Y⁺ mean Z⁺ means a + c + e = 49; at X⁺ = Y⁺ mean Z⁺ means a + c + e = 55. Also, invention relates to a method for synthesis of these compounds by interaction of 1,2,3-tris-[hydroxypoly-(2-methylethylenoxy)]propanes with monochloroacetic acid in the presence of acidic catalyst in a boiling organic solvent medium followed by azeotropic removing water formed and the following treatment of obtained reaction product with N,N-dimethyl-N-benzylamine at heating, or with a mixture of morpholine and pyridine in the following molar ratio of reagents - propane hydroxyl derivative : monochloroacetic acid : dimethylbenzylamine = 1:(3.0-3.2):(3.0-3.2), respectively, or propane hydroxyl derivative : monochloroacetic acid : dimethylbenzylamine : morpholine : pyridine = 1:(3.0-3.2):(3.0-3.2):(1.0-1.1):(2.0-2.1), respectively. Invention provides synthesis of a novel compound comprising ester and polyoxypropyl fragments simultaneously and three ammonium centers and possessing properties of emulsifiers of aqueous-bitumen emulsions.
